Besides having interesting news and information, the really
compelling feature of this site is its charting facility.
It allows you visual comparisons to competitors, analytical
indicators, and a variety of research all at the click of a
button. A very useful and well designed charting package even
if you had to pay for it, but for free you can’t beat it.
 CNBC.com
News and analysis continually updated throughout the day based
on interviews aired on the popular cable channel bearing the
same name. The site also has an award winning portfolio
tracking tool and one of the better charting facilities. Also
useful if you just need a quick quote or two along with a news
update.
FinanceWise.com
They claim to be the first search engine to focus specifically
on financial only content. The information tends to be a bit
institutional, but what we like about it is that you can find
things here that you can’t find through the conventional
channels.
Moneypages.com/syndicate
The site itself is only marginally useful, however,
the links page is quite comprehensive and one of our favorite
starting points when surfing for
specific investment related or financial web
sites.

Good for a quick quote and a quick link when looking for
basic things like a mortgage
calculator, credit reports, insurance quotes, or
other consumer related money issues. Also, a good starting
point when entering the www
financial jungle on a larger search.
Tradehard.com
Look under the "education" tab for many articles on
trading strategies, money
management and other related information for those who operate
within the time frame of a trader.
Investor.msn.com and
moneycentral.msn.com
Both are good resources for the conventional
wisdom regarding basic financial planning and investing
issues. Lots of useful
information and tools.
