 Todd R. Tresidder is the

from conventional, retail type investment practice to esoteric

strategies. He’s an expert in statistical and mathematical
market timing and risk management systems and has gained a
deep knowledge of the markets from 16 years of research and
daily trading. His trading has taken him through every type of
market including bulls, bears, manias, recessions, inflation,

After selling his hedge fund
business and retiring at age 35, Todd has broadened his
investment expertise to include income producing real estate.
He’s purchasing apartment buildings throughout the United
States for his personal account as well as facilitating
investor financed deals for people who don’t have the time,
skills, or desire to do it alone. Additionally, he’s
implemented a strategy that buys real estate for ten cents on
the dollar of its current market value through government tax
liens.
Clearly, Todd’s first love
has been and continues to be investing; however, throughout
his career he has noticed that most people lack the financial
knowledge and background required to consistently profit at
the investment game. Not only do most people lack a deep
understanding of primary investment principles and history,
but even worse is that many investors mistake fragmented ideas
and biased sources of information as fact causing faulty and
expensive investment mistakes.
