Report any alleged copyright infringements found on Financial Mentor by completing a DMCA Alleged Infringement Notice and emailing it to todd (at) financialmentor (dot) com.
Your email should include the following:
- Identification of the alleged copyright infringement. Note what web page the issue is located on and specify what you believe has been used without permission or that Financial Mentor does not have rights to use.
- Your affiliation with the content in question: include full legal name and company name (if different from your name), title, mailing address, and phone number.
- Both of the following statements: “I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (eg: as a fair use).” and “I hereby state that the information in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of, the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed.”
Financial Mentor will review all notices received and will work to resolve the issue in a reasonable timeframe.
